In Saint Lucia, we face challenges such as poverty, disease, disasters, and various social issues. These persistent problems offer countless opportunities for God’s people to find joy in serving others through compassionate care, alleviating and preventing suffering, and opening doors to share the hope of Jesus Christ amid struggles.
The Community Services and Personal Ministries departments strive to provide resources and training to support the church’s efforts in fulfilling this mission. Jesus noted during His time on Earth that the workers were few compared to the abundant work needed.
As stated in Luke 10:2, He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” This is the focus of these Ministries.
